My oh my have I been busy! This new internship is very cool. I have my own desk, computer and personal workspace with a great view! I feel spoiled! This week though I’ve barely had a chance to be in the office though. My task right now is to go around to every office and record all of the electrical appliances for an insurance company. Once I’ve collected everything I will then create and excel file for the information. From there I will then have to go to Düsseldorf to get more technical information on the software on the computers and other information. I’ve also been doing some translating work for another part of the company. It was weird having to translate in the opposite direction, but I love the practice, I really feel like I’m improving my German. The first day on the job some of the other interns invited me out to dinner with them at a cool Italian restaurant. I was so happy they invited me they’re super nice girls and it should be fun working with them. J
Tomorrow I have a midterm… ew. I think I’ll do alright the information is easy to work with since I have more to relate to it since our classes aren’t just in a classroom setting.
We’re also trying to plan some weekend adventures after the test, should be a good weekend. J
